UserTesting was a great company until the acquisition and merger. Great product, definitely a need in the UX space. Too many layoffs, too many managers who only care about their checks, and sometimes unattainable quota. Provide quota relief for the sales team. The product is competing with other great products and teams who build solutions in house. Overall, my time there I learned a lot about the sales process and UX in general.

My overall experience was great up until the merger of UserZoom and UserTesting. The combination froze the market and therefore froze the opportunity.
