Incompetent leadership at the top resulted in this company being inevitably doomed to fail. In spite of this managers across the sales org and fair and good people. Sales targets are reasonable. Strong possibility the whole sales org will be gone within 2025

I would recommend staying away. 5 Layoffs in 2 years, there is no job security.

Vacasa has been it's own worst enemy. Striving to be a tech company in a traditional business field has caused identity problems and a scattered focus. Change fatigue is real. The company had good support for Account Executives for the first few years I worked there. Then they completely got rid of the Outbound Sales Development team almost two years ago. They then started hiring more Account Executives and ultimately arriving at a ratio of Inbound support versus quota requirements that made the job for Account Executives almost impossible...Read More
