Great and enjoyable experience since starting. Have some great products that customers love. Some concern is that the competition is catching up and leadership/product teams do not seem to take them seriously, yet we’re losing large current customers to them. Minor updates to the product won’t cut it.

New quotas for 2024 and unreasonable for my role. Only 2/12 members have hit quota a single month in 2024. Good work is not praised, general sentiment of not doing enough despite hitting the kpi’s. Misalignment of leadership with products, market fit, customers. This all has lead to general negativity at the office.

colleagues are wonderful, but leadership is extremely disorganized and can’t commit to their ideas. GTM strategy and comp plans change every 6 months. Products are decent, but not enough CSM or engineering support.
