They mentioned "uncapped commission" until reps started hitting 200% quota and they payouts started getting nice. Then they capped the commissions. Did not allow the employees to earn their value that they were bringing to the table

Great Culture and they invest in you. OTE was unrealistic, the company underwent major change CEO,CRO, CMO, and Sales Team were all new so there were holes during the onboarding process. If you like working with churches go for it lol
