Re/ Comp, Levels, and Interview Process: What is a typical compensation package for enterprise AMs? (Base/OTE/Stock) What are the levels you can be hired into? What is considered Senior, Principal, etc? What is the interview process like? Behavioral questions? Presentations? White-boarding?

Re: Account Executive, Strategics Can you describe the interview process after the recruiter and hiring manager? If hired, what type of accounts are actually assigned? Says 1-3 of the most strategic customers. Is this accurate? Is there any hunting for new logos? Better than an Enterprise AE role?
