Current Employee3.6Aug 16, 2023Fast-moving organization. Sales leadership has been a revolving door. Lead flow not distributed evenly. Some reps crushing, others barely getting anything. Best product in the space, but morale needs to be improved. CEO is amazing.

Former Employee3.9Apr 8, 2024My overall experience was great with Vanta. The month to month sales cycle can be a grind, but the team is a cohesive unit. I’d say getting promoted is difficult even if you’re hitting/exceeding quota. The product is the best in the space and the leads mostly come to you inbound.
