Former Employee3.9Apr 8, 2024My overall experience was great with Vanta. The month to month sales cycle can be a grind, but the team is a cohesive unit. I’d say getting promoted is difficult even if you’re hitting/exceeding quota. The product is the best in the space and the leads mostly come to you inbound.

Can be chaotic at times, but i would be more concerned it a company that reached $200M ARR this quickly wasn't chaotic. Marketing team does a solid job bringing in leads. Partnership motion is solid.
