Good org but leadership is leaving due to leaky bucket with customers. Didn't get my finger on the cause but it seems to be a mix of bad AMs and a poor CS experience. Good AMs make a killing though.

It was fine - they just have a lot of customers that are not onboarded correctly or know what they bought. Sumo's market message has changed 4 times in the last 5 years so it is very tough to receive inbound leads as no one knows exactly what the product does and what it can do.
