Still figuring out the upmarket (MM and ENT) motion, but leadership is learning and adapting quickly.

Product is being caught up to rapidly by super low cost competitors. Company PIP policy means if you're not at target 2 quarters in a row you're gone. Quota are set at 1.4m+ for everyone, globally, very unattainable unless you're west or east coast, whole country in europe, etc. Performance is tracked monthly.

Interviewing for an upmarket role. Initial research telling me that Vanta’s built incredibly well for the small cos without a formal GRC org in place due to being simple to setup, great UI, + having tons of integrations. Right in thinking the product still needs to catch up upmarket? Depth/control
