Company is great. Leadership is strong. Very competitive market but Vanta (for now) is clearly in lead position. Lot of competition makes differentiation difficult and ACV shrink. The overall strategy is clear but the path to get there can be murky at times. The targets are pretty hard to achieve. Inbound lead flow is insanely good. Routinely get 2-3 new customer demos booked on your calendar per week. Most reps are making their quota in SMB and commercial. Enterprise team is building but seeing some early signs of success. A lot of product to be built and a lot of open greenfield to be tackled. Vanta should benefit from eventual market consolidation.
