An awesome company to work for. Leadership is heavily invested in the sales organization. Their PrinterLogic product has great product-market fit. Strong company growth but not a huge emphasis on strategic, large account deals. Average deal size for Mid-market is ~$12k ARR and average for Enterprise is ~$30k ARR. Potential to make $200k here as a seller but not much more than that. Great place to work overall and lots of good opportunities for SMB & Mid-Market sellers.

Vasion Print, is a great product that simplifies printing for admins and end users. The culture here is great and there's a huge number of talented individuals working here. SE incentives are based off of the "company" number. which feels like there's not much I can do to affect that number in the SMB space.

Great product but honestly they pay very little to what they should. The current leadership lacks experience to scale the company any further. Increase pay, simplify sales process and actually teach your reps better in on boarding.
