Current Employee Good people work at Vasion but that does not equate to great leadership. Lacking cross functional strategy and sales processes. Good culture and inclusion and not afraid to spend money on conferences and marketing. Sometimes this does not equate to positive ROI. Compensations seems to be below industry mean and average in base and OTE. Vasion tries to promote from within and does fairly well with this. Never pushback from managers when challenges arise. Most managers seemingly are trying to do the best they can and the culture is representative of this. It is a bunch of good people with a desire for good things to occur. CEO seems to have put together a quality product with market fit.
