Great team and people but extremeley immature in their processes. There is close onto zero engagement with the channel, no marketing department (everyone has left and hasn't been replaced), the BDR function are nice people but simply do not deliver results by way of meetings that actually lead to deals. The SE team are fantastic and this goes for management too! Basic tooling is there e.g. Outreach but there is no data to use e.g. no Cognism or Zoom. Sales Navigator is typically your go to! Companies entertain the product but seldomly buy it. Zero quota attainment all around!

It was a solid experience, great product market fit but not a very well known company. It's on its way up there and is getting more recognition but there's still a lot to be done.

My overall experience was a bit frustrating. I enjoyed the collaboration (when there was opportunity for this) with other team members and leadership. The team, specifically leadership, was spread too thin and involved in every deal. This seemed to slow contracts down and killed momentum at times.
