Overall, being an Account Executive at Veeam is a good opportunity. The product is best-in-class and an easy sell. My only complaint is that your experience as an AE will vary greatly depending on what team you are on. The SMB team often feels like the black sheep of the sales org, unfortunately. Promoting/lateral movement to other teams is possible with good performance.

My overall experience at Veeam was good. Their pay scale needs an upgrade, however their product is an excellent fit for the majority of use cases.
