We have good leadership, great product overall with alot of positive market engagement and alot of our opportunities and leads coming organically. Apparently our comp is going down for new hires and less attractive than what it was previously.

No real options for growth in Australia as a technical resource once you are in an SE role. All the product, R&D, alliance SE roles are in the US. This is just a result of being a US company.

When the new leadership regime came in about 2 years ago, things have slowly deteriorated to the point where it is now a toxic environment. i would NOT recommend anyone to come work for Veeam in a Sales or Channel role as there is ridiculous amount of micromanagement, unrealistic goals and leadership who just does not understand the marketplace or where Veeam fits.
