When the new leadership regime came in about 2 years ago, things have slowly deteriorated to the point where it is now a toxic environment. i would NOT recommend anyone to come work for Veeam in a Sales or Channel role as there is ridiculous amount of micromanagement, unrealistic goals and leadership who just does not understand the marketplace or where Veeam fits.
