Culture has taken a nose dive since the AMER GM took over. PIPs are handed out like candy. Customers are mad because their reps keep churning. Front line management tries and are great but have no support from anyone above them. Directors and above act like you're a number and provide no value or guidance or even both interacting with the reps.
