Former Employee Classic boom and bust story during my time at Vendr. High growth, hiring all kinds of great people. Then realised they had a problem with churn and couldn't keep up with topping up the leaky bucket. It's a great idea and some great people but lots of big changes as they tried to figure out the direction for the product and company.
