My overall experience was very poor. The company could still be something great and someone will likely win this space. And, the internal politics, boys club, and psych manipulation… especially at the senior management level… is toxic. Getting in their own way of actually building a solid company.

No one hits quota. Actually zero people hitting quota. Constant promises of changing comp structure never come. Constant pivots with zero communication from leadership. People leaving left and right.

This place is no longer a sinking ship, it’s at the bottom of the ocean. I give them 6 months before they close the doors.
