Former Employee I was grateful for the in-depth interview process, which included 5 rounds, presentations, and role plays. It gave me the impression of a clear, thoughtful hiring strategy. Once in the role, however, I experienced a lack of transparency regarding expectations, no defined performance metrics, and limited visibility into the company’s vision. Initially, leadership expressed satisfaction with my contributions, but a sudden shift in communication occurred, my meetings were cancelled or postponed, and feedback became minimal. My probation was ultimately ended without any prior warning in the end of the second month . While the outcome was unexpected, this experience reinforced the importance of clear onboarding, ongoing feedback, and aligned expectations—elements I now prioritize when assessing new opportunities.
