Current Employee The position offers a moderate base salary, the incentive plan is however, unrealistic at times due to lack of availability in scheduling demos and a lack of inbound leads in most verticals aside from government. Leadership does not communicate properly, has increased quota, and tries their best to look at their opportunities under a microscope to avoid paying more in variable. Everything is done through their own system, despite other companies already being established like outreach tools such as Salesforce.
