The position offers a moderate base salary, the incentive plan is however, unrealistic at times due to lack of availability in scheduling demos and a lack of inbound leads in most verticals aside from government. Base pay is well-positioned in the market but the average sales cycle is over 12 months with an extremely low ADS. Veoci adds friction to its sales process internally by utilizing a homegrown (clunky) CRM and requiring CEO sign-off on all opportunity documentation. Commissions not paid until full invoice collection from customers (sometimes 2-3 months after approval)
