Former Employee I spent over 11 years in a sales role at this company, and throughout my tenure, I consistently experienced a strong Culture of Innovation that fostered creativity and encouraged new ideas. The organization is deeply Customer-Focused, continually striving to enhance the customer experience and staying at the forefront of AI and Bot technology in the customer experience (CX) space.
The hybrid work environment offered flexibility, allowing employees to balance remote work with engaging in-person collaboration. The office culture is not only professional but also fun and social, with numerous events and team-building activities that strengthen camaraderie among colleagues.
However, I found that regional sales management could be quite political at times, which sometimes affected decision-making processes. Additionally, there were notable challenges in the delivery of professional services, which occasionally led to dissatisfaction among clients.
