When I first started opportunity was miles high. I enjoyed working in the B2B space when I first started. Things just change to much too soon with no consistent path. We’re constantly pivoting changing things on the fly and it’s exhausting. Give us realistic expeditions and goals and watch us flourish. The commission structure and bonuses/incentives have changed rapidly since I first started. Morale is low but our quotas are not. Not what it once was unfortunately.

The quota has been increased significantly over the past 2 years. This plus a change in commission structure basically results in a pay cut without calling it a pay cut.
