Former Employee3.0Mar 12, 2025Overall experience was positive. Commission structure is easy to manage but heading in the wrong direction. Less opportunity to make money, yet higher quotas. Makes no sense taking away the previous multipliers only to increase quota, limiting the amount to be made per month. Easily made 6-8k in commission monthly, however that is now limited to about 4k

It is cult like mentality of people telling you how great verizon was in 2018 and how the new ceo sucks. If you get promoted you will get a 10k salary raise and bonus raise if you can attain it. usually another 10k in bonuses.. but you will most likely have to relocate as that is the culture on...Read More
