Former Employee Overall, it’s been a great company to work for. I have worked at two other telecommunications companies and this one so far seems to be the least toxic and most supportive leadership. I am given plenty of autonomy to do my job. Great work life balance, great benefits. I do think that the competition is becoming more of a problem because they are undercutting on price and with the economy the way it is it’s becoming difficult to stop them from leaving you for close to free service that you can’t compete with. In addition, the territory you get can be difficult to continue to grow in my specific role as a client executive. Since not a lot of my job involves prospecting, but more so growing within my accounts, when they have everything already, you kind of run out of things to do. And then there’s certain customers that you will never get no matter what you do and then you just kind of get stuck. Browse Other Reviews
