We laid off a majority of our support staff and had a mess of customers who were incredibly upset with us-not to mention contract enforcing many companies as a means to retain business.

Current Employee3.4Sep 6, 2024The quotas are high, and the only way to consistently hit quota is by flipping lines and creating churn. Lowering quotas would take less stress off employees and create more organic growth.
