Former Employee1.9May 19, 2025I would say no. You will be underpaid and overworked. Almost half of the area Account Managers - SMB|Retail are on medical leave for reason. I knew someone personally who had a mental health breakdown. The pay is bad, the structure is even worst. If you do this role please do regular b2b not retail and SMB mix. Your quota suffers from the stores who already hate SMB...Read More
