I was at the Telematics company Verizon acquired. It's motivation was Revenue and growth and little else. Verizon had a very different agenda. Saw lots of Verizon "Lifers" who were cyclically laid off and came back for benefits. Completely different mindset.

My overall experience was pretty good. I was the best at what I did. No real complaints, I left because I felt they were structuring things so that I couldn't make as much money.
