Excellent product, but lots of trouble with upper management. BDR leadership were very kind and understanding. They wanted to foster growth and development but there is no path to move from BDR to a direct sales role. Compensation and quotas changed every quarter and often times wouldn't be announced until the new quarter already started. Inbound leadflow was non-existent so your only meeting source was to cold call.

I am doing well. I have a good relationship with my leadership. I hit quota 2-4 quarters with over 100% for the annual quota.
