Great place to start off, great training program, comp was not great when I was there, but from what I have seen recently. they have done more to support talent retention in central sales. Great managers, Great People to work with across SC teams and mainly BDRs. Territories were a bit skewed when I was there. For AE, its VERY dependent on your network partners. If you have networks that are buddied up with Applied or EZLynx, its tough. Some states are tough too, but its due to regulations and their markets.

My overall experience has improved over the last 2 years since I moved to a new team/product. Your success at this company is heavily determined on which team/territory you are working. The work-life balance is almost unbeatable: Unlimited PTO, no micromanaging, fully remote.
