Save yourself. This is the worst place to work. Leadership is ineffective and constantly points out everything you do wrong. Their egos are so inflated that they believe they are superior to you and do not appreciate your contributions. Although they tell you about having a four-month grace period to hit quota, you could still be placed on a PIP even if you meet your quota.

Established company with a good name in the industry. Fell behind competitors with emerging tech gap. Management up to VP/SVP care about their teams quite a a bit.
