Great people and great product. Market penetration is getting high in enterprise market. Little cross sell or upsell after initial sale.

Vertex is a nice place to work. The people are great. The onboarding is not great, and you have to teach yourself how to be successful within the organization. There's not a whole lot of development within the organization, and there's not a whole lot of flexibility around upgrading new products.
