Worked in The Mining Division. Great Leadership and Company. Bonuses are highly dependent on capital projects which can take years to come to fruition and actually contribute to a bonus.

The sales role is good in the sense that there are plenty of great fringe benefits. Your earning potential is extremely limited, and the comp structure is based on a percentage a growth, not a set number. Odd culture, promise of development opportunities, but at the end of it leadership moves were only used for optics. A lot of unnecessary negatives. Expense reimbursement, and the need for a global company to control payment of your personal card.
