It’s a good company. They seem to move the goal post every year and find excuses to change the target to hit throughout the year. Frustrating but you also get a brand new truck every 3 years and pay nothing for gas, repairs, insurance, tolls, etc.

Just strange culture. Old school which is good and bad. Definitely arrogant company and had no qualms disparaging competitors and their own distributors. Pay was mid. Benefits great.

The sales role is good in the sense that there are plenty of great fringe benefits. Your earning potential is extremely limited, and the comp structure is based on a percentage a growth, not a set number. So even if you do great one year, you're extremely challenged to do as good the following year. You have to create exponential growth to earn year over year...Read More
