Overall, this company is purely profit and nothing else. They barely give pto, they have removed positions simply to pay people less, and the commission structure has been tailored again within the past few years to give people less money on average. The base is minimum wage and you will stress out about things that shouldn't be a huge deal. Overall do not work here.

My experience, like everyone else's, was awful. Victra is one of the worst, waste-of-my-time (and money) mistakes I've made in my life. My biggest regret to date.
