Also the company is stuck in the dark age of technology and takes many shortcuts that result in making every task much harder than it should be.

They barely give pto, they have removed positions simply to pay people less, and the commission structure has been tailored again within the past few years to give people less money on average. The base is minimum wage and you will stress out about things that shouldn't be a huge deal. Overall do not work here.
