High turnover and environment can be stressful when you're constantly chasing a goal that is impossible to obtain unless you had a lot of deal carry over from the previous quarter.

Leadership while I was there went through some pretty massive turnover which is why my ranking for Leadership is low, but the CEO is extremely passionate about the product and the people at VisibleThread are incredible.
