This company has potential to be successful, yet they are hindered by indecision, spontaneous shifts in focus, and constant massive staff changes. Additionally, they offer very poor benefits, lack follow through on many verbal agreements regarding compensation or additional compensation package items, and, being managed primarily outside of the US, means they have a hard time staying on top of US laws and work regulations. If you do not hold them accountable, they will hardly fix issues that are technically illegal work practices. Overall, a very poor experience.
