Current Employee The company initially showed strong momentum, actively recruiting talent from leading tech companies across various levels. The hybrid model began with three in-office days per week, and performance across the board appeared to exceed expectations.
However, a significant compensation restructuring shifted the pay mix from 70/30 to 50/50, accompanied by a reduction in base salaries for all employees. Gradually, in-office requirements increased to five days a week. Around the same time, external hiring efforts slowed at more senior seller levels—limiting the company’s ability to attract top-tier talent from other organizations.
In terms of long-term growth, upward mobility increasingly seems centralized in the company’s headquarters in Bentonville, which may pose challenges for those not based there. This shift feels at odds with the earlier commitment to bringing in top talent from a broad range of locations. Browse Other Reviews
