My manager and his manager were both great. Incentive scheme was pretty poor with lots of hidden clauses to avoid paying on certain things. Inbound is shocking, but slowly improving. Data was poor, but slowly improving. Culture was ok, heavily depends on manager. PE backed, who only care about numbers and their balance sheet.

A lot of reps hitting quota, good product market fit as the portfolio covers all of tech essentially. Culture is ok, won’t complain Leadership see you as a cog in the machine.
