Very rough. Place was amazing and leaders were great. Best company I’ve ever worked for but the actual job is soul sucking. Endless calls and out reach trying to get a doctor on the phone.

My overall experience was satisfactory. You can make a lot of money quickly but you can lose it just as quick. Takes at least 3 years to build a sustainable book of business.

Great company culture. Locums is the only growing business in the recruiting space. As a leader the job is pretty easy. The she's consultants have to grind to build their pipeline.
