Great company, overall! From what I’ve seen, there are other companies that pay more to their employees, and those companies are on the rise in the market share. Physician recruitment/staffing and B2B enterprise sales is not an easy job, but for the work that is required to succeed and complete this job is a high amount. For the amount of work needed, the salary should be increased. Staffing is also a slow sale, so you won’t see direct payout immediately.

Very rough. Place was amazing and leaders were great. Best company I’ve ever worked for but the actual job is soul sucking. Endless calls and out reach trying to get a doctor on the phone.

Sales cycle is typically 3 or more months long. Facilities use locum tenens as a last resort so deals are frequently canceled.
