Great position for those that love to work and a lot of people can find satisfaction providing this service. You build valuable relationships with doctors. Personally the non-face to face element is hard being 100 percent cold calling and strictly phone relationship. This job it is required to grind but there is immense reword in grinding. The work life balance is also very hard to maintain as you are calling all over time zones.

My overall experience has been positive. The position is a challenging role. You are cold calling in a highly competitive market to offer jobs to doctors who are not looking. When you are able to find the right doctor for a job you are compensated well every day they work.
