Great position for those that love to work and a lot of people can find satisfaction providing this service. You build valuable relationships with doctors. Personally the non-face to face element is hard being 100 percent cold calling and strictly phone relationship. This job it is required to grind but there is immense reword in grinding. The work life balance is also very hard to maintain as you are calling all over time zones.

Great company culture. Locums is the only growing business in the recruiting space. As a leader the job is pretty easy. The she's consultants have to grind to build their pipeline.

Very rough. Place was amazing and leaders were great. Best company I’ve ever worked for but the actual job is soul sucking. Endless calls and out reach trying to get a doctor on the phone.
