Back to ReviewsFormer Employee inbound lead flow is terrible, average deal size is $2000 ARR; but quota is $110,000 ARR/month. Management is constantly talking about problems that need fixed to address seller sentiment but never digs into the details/real solutions. base pay is 40k, and OTE is 125,000 but you don't get the full payment on commissions until you hit 85% of your month. I would not recommend as their reputation is suffering because they cannot handle customers that they have and word is traveling fast. They've outsourced their entire support org to India and customers generally hate that. Internally, a disaster and very disorganized, poor communication, led by people that have never had sales positions and do not offer any real mentorship other than "keep making dials"
