Current Employee New to WebPT this year. The sales training was essentially watch some demo videos for 3 weeks and get on the phones. Managers were moved around and/or fired within the first few months. This all stems from a CRO that came into the organization and made wholesale changes last year without getting input from the troops regarding what was actually working. He’s was terminated at the beginning of Q4 and it seems the new leader of the revenue organization is really rolling up his sleeves and listening to try to right the ship.
