This company is very inconsistent. My hiring manager was moved laterally and I was notified of my new manager less than a week before starting. He was terminated in less than 60 days. Territories were changed, market segmentation changed all within a few months of going “live”. They’ve recently shifted leadership over the revenue organization, which seems to be a move in a positive direction. They need to adjust the comp, which is insultingly low, as well as the quota, which nobody has been within 80% of hitting since I joined the company.

The quality of leads that come in for the SDRs aren't the highest. Even leads that are paid for go elsewhere or don't answer the phone. However they are very diverse and inclusive.

New to WebPT this year. The sales training was essentially watch some demo videos for 3 weeks and get on the phones. Managers were moved around and/or fired within the first few months.
