It’s still early days for Webflow in EMEA, so anyone joining needs to have a builder’s mindset and be ready to hustle. The potential is huge, but there’s significant work ahead in driving awareness of the enterprise product. Marketing isn’t localized yet, but once it is, demand should really take off.
