The overall culture is great but don't expect to reach an AE role here. They don't hire internally and if you are ready to get promoted to AE, they will hire externally and move the goal post. It's a pretty spray and pray type of sales dev process, but it could be worse. The sales org is super disorganized (KPIs and quotas changed quarterly if not monthly). You go from BDR, to SDR and then to Growth AE when I was there. But now they added another hoop for you to jump through. So now it's BDR -> SDR -> Growth Consultant -> Growth AE. Get the logo on your resume and bounce. Nobody was hitting quota. Out of 8 people on the BDR team maybe 2 hit quota.

My experience here was great. Definitely a few toxic moments from leadership but overall it was awesome.

Pros - good tech stack, good pay, remote Cons - chances of getting promoted to AE extremely low unless you’re a certain type of person, huge prioritization of external hires over internal promotions, definitely play favourites, internal politics are very real.
