Weedmaps is a "dumpster fire" with cronyism leadership, poor communication, and false promises to employees and clients. Sales reps get sucked in by a strong base, but buyer beware on very low quota achievement rates and commission payments well below what you are led to believe at hire.

The company has massive potential but needs a better bottom up planning approach. They need to listen more closely to their customers. They need to innovate on some services.
