Former Employee3.4Oct 3, 2025Overall experience was decent, it was really dependent on who was above me. For the first half of my tenure management was great and then there was a shift in management. Really long days leaving the house around 8-9am and not getting back till 8-10pm. Tons of driving, money isn’t bad but work life balance is pretty poor.

Current Employee3.6Nov 11, 2025This role is demanding and comes with long hours and hundred of miles driven daily. The work/life balance doesn't exist. The money is good if you are getting good leads, appointments are set for us so we have no say in where we go or how good the lead is, it can be very frustrating and exhausting.

Former Employee3.4Sep 19, 2025Solid pay and leadership was supportive. You do drive a good amount but they spare no expense for training. Flew us out to Dallas for immersive training all expenses paid. Work was decent and the commissions paid well. Quality products. No complaints.
